At La Forêt, each piece of jewelry is custom made to order with exceptional care and craftsmanship. Because of this personalized process, we do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, sizing issues, or general dissatisfaction.

However, your satisfaction is important to us. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was described, we’re happy to make it right. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, including photos and a description of the issue. Approved returns must be unused and in original condition.

We reserve the right to assess and approve return requests on a case-by-case basis. Thank you for supporting custom, made-to-order artistry.
